Our History

 

Branham Corporation was founded in 1973 as Branham-Mingis by the late William E. Branham and Stephen Mingis, housed in a small 3,000 square foot facility located in Louisville, Kentucky. Over the ensuing 35 years this company evolved as Branham Corporation, growing both organically and through acquisition to a current position encompassing 5 large fabrication/distribution plants and 8 sales locations throughout the eastern and southeastern US, and most recently (2007) a fabrication facility in Yantai, China that provides both sourcing opportunities as well as a sales & marketing opportunity in Asia.

Not only has our organization grown over the years to now employ more than 100 full time skilled and experienced personnel, but our product lines have expanded exponentially from its original “industrial rubber distribution” moniker. Today the Corporation offers a broad range of industrial products & services that includes a complete line of industrial & hydraulic hose & fittings with plant & field fabrication, testing and certification services. Our fluid sealing products and services work provide virtually all of the gasket and packing requirements for any industrial application. Our conveyor belt and component product lines range from lightweight package handling, FDA/USDA food conveyance as well as heavy duty rubber & PVC belting requirements, with equipment & technicians qualified for  field installation, splicing and vulcanization services. Our roll vulcanization shop is competent in the application of virtually all of the elastomeric compounds necessary for the demanding applications that we service for so many diverse industries of aggregate, coal, food, steel, etc. We are extremely proud of our performance in providing these products & services at the highest level of quality assurance for consideration to the demands for environmentally safe application for so many diverse industries.
